Man kan lage den i alle varianter og former s\u00e5 lenge man holder seg til grunnoppskriftas forhold v\u00e6ske &#8211; Gelatin.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/shailina.se\/matlyst\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2007\/11\/panacotta.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-232\" src=\"http:\/\/shailina.se\/matlyst\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2007\/11\/panacotta-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"panacotta\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>5 dl fl\u00f8te<br \/>\n4 gelatinplater bl\u00f8tes i kaldt vann (Agar-agar kan brukes for vegetarianere som ikke vil bruke animalsk gelatin)<br \/>\nNoen ss sukker eller s\u00f8tningsmiddel<br \/>\nNoen dr\u00e5per mandel, rom, sitron eller vaniljeessens<\/p>\n<p>Bruker man sitronessens kan man rive litt sitron og appelsinskall i.<br \/>\nVarm opp fl\u00f8ten til kokepunktet og dra kjelen av platen. Smelt ned gelatinplater og fordel s\u00e5 i 2 store eller 4 sm\u00e5 former. (4 sm\u00e5 om du har feks sorbet eller fruktkompott ved siden av) La det avkj\u00f8les minst 2 timer f\u00f8r servering.<\/p>\n<p>Det kan serveres som det er, eller du kan ha vispet krem til, is, fruktbiter, en stripe l\u00f8nnesirup over, revet sjokolade eller annen dekor du normalt skulle brukt til en kake.<\/p>\n<p>Du kan r\u00f8re ned biter av frukt og b\u00e6r, hakkede n\u00f8tter, krokan, sjokoladebiter.<\/p>\n<p>Vil du ha en mindre s\u00f8t variant kan en del av fl\u00f8ten erstattes med yoghurt, eller kremost for \u00e5 f\u00e5 en mer ostekakevariant.<br \/>\nDu kan str\u00f8 sukker p\u00e5 toppen og karamellisere med en brenner.<br \/>\nDu kan helt enkelt leke deg grundig og lenge og denne oppskriften er s\u00e5 enkel at de aller fleste burde klare det. Hadde jeg vist om dette f\u00f8r hadde vi sett til en fordobling i fl\u00f8tesalget her!<\/p>\n<p>Det kan serveres som en s\u00f8t dessert, eller med ost\/yoghurt som kos p\u00e5 l\u00f8rdagen.
