Men disse er jo ikke t\u00f8rket, og jeg visste ikke hvilken tekstur de skulle ha. Pakken sier de kan spises r\u00e5 som del av salat eller med en eller annen saus, eller kokt i supper, wok eller annet. Det sies de skal v\u00e6re smakl\u00f8se, og at de tar smak av sausen du bruker.. slik glassnudler gj\u00f8r. De inneholder rundt 2 gram karbiser per 100 gram nudler, og var dermed den av nudlene som var lavest p\u00e5 karbiser.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5r jeg plukket de ut av pakken var jeg litt overrasket over f\u00f8lelsen. De f\u00f8ltes underlig t\u00f8rre tross at det er fukt i pakken, og de var stive og f\u00f8ltes n\u00e6rmest som plast eller limtr\u00e5der i f\u00f8lelsen n\u00e5r man tar p\u00e5 dem. Rent f\u00f8lelsesmessige var de sv\u00e6rt uvante. Jeg kappet av en liten tr\u00e5dbit og smakte, og teksturen var uvant, litt knasende men ikke spr\u00f8 som salat, bare.. ja jeg vet ikke helt hva jeg skal sammenligne med rett og slett! Og de smakte virkelig ingenting, hvilket betyr at de tar smak av sausen de varmes i. De smaker fortsatt veldig lite, fordi i motsetning til t\u00f8rkede nudler er jo disse ikke t\u00f8rket. Noe smak smitter av p\u00e5 nudlene, men ikke like mye som pasta og nudler som suger til seg v\u00e6ske og \u00f8ker tykkelsen mens de gj\u00f8r det, men tro meg: Det blir overhode ikke siste gang jeg bruker disse. De hadde bare marginalt mer tyggemotstand enn skikkelige eggenudler, og var et sv\u00e6rt fint supplement til wokretten vi laget.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5 husker jeg ikke i farten om det sto at disse kunne stekes, men jeg har for meg at selv om det ikke st\u00e5r noe om steking burde det jo la seg gj\u00f8re. Jeg tror ikke det vil gj\u00f8re noen forskjell for smaken derimot, og kommer nok prim\u00e6rt til \u00e5 bruke disse som tilbeh\u00f8r i salater r\u00e5, eller kokt i supper og wok prim\u00e6rt, mest fordi du f\u00e5r mer for pengene med sj\u00f8gressnudlene fremfor shiratakinudlene. Prisen p\u00e5 posene var nesten samme, men i sj\u00f8gressnudlene har du 3-4 porsjoner mot shiratakinudlenes 1 porsjon per pose. Shiratakinudlene kan stekes vet jeg, og jeg kommer nok til \u00e5 forbeholde meg disse til retter med stekte nudler i.<\/p>\n<p>Alt i alt, en hyggelig opplevelse med dette, og definitivt et produkt jeg kommer til \u00e5 kj\u00f8pe igjen!
