Finkapp purrel\u00f8ken og grovkapp broccoli.<br \/>\nFordel kylling og broccoli p\u00e5 8 enchiladas og dryss purrel\u00f8k over. Ta en god klype revet ost og dryss over f\u00f8r du ruller enchiladasen sammen, men pass p\u00e5 at du har i alle fall ca halvparten av osten igjen.<br \/>\nDu kan ogs\u00e5 med fordel legge til for eksempel sopp om du vil ha dette.<\/p>\n<p>Legg alle 8 rullene i en ildfast form.<br \/>\nLag n\u00e5 hvit saus av sm\u00f8r, hvetemel, kyllingkraft og r\u00f8mme. Bland ned halvparten av den revede osten du har igjen og fordel sausen over enchiladaene. Du kan bruke et lite sveip saus for \u00e5 &#8220;lime&#8221; rullene s\u00e5 de holder seg lukket f\u00f8r du gj\u00f8r dette.<\/p>\n<p>Sist drysser du resten av den revne osten over og setter formene inn i forvarmt 175-180 grader varm ovn nederst i ovnen.<\/p>\n<p>La dette steke til osten er smeltet og begynner f\u00e5 gyldenbrun farge f\u00f8r du serverer det rykende varmt.
