{"id":45,"date":"2011-03-31T22:12:00","date_gmt":"2011-03-31T20:12:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/shailina.se\/Blogg\/?p=45&#038;lang=de"},"modified":"2011-03-31T22:12:00","modified_gmt":"2011-03-31T20:12:00","slug":"sammenslaing-av-blogger","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/shailina.se\/matlyst\/?p=45","title":{"rendered":"Sammensl\u00e5ing av blogger"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I dag har jeg lagt sammen to av mine blogger, matbloggen og &#8216;hverdags&#8217;bloggen min.<br \/>Jeg har ikke tid til \u00e5 opprettholde s\u00e5 mange forskjellige blogger s\u00e5 n\u00e5 slo jeg dem rett og slett sammen!<\/p>\n<p>Hesten f\u00e5r fortsette \u00e5 ha sin egen blogg, der skriver jeg om egne saker, men maten min og jeg er liksom litt en og samme person p\u00e5 en m\u00e5te.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg h\u00e5per de av dere \u00a0som f\u00f8lger min matblogg fortsetter \u00e5 f\u00f8lge meg her!<\/p>\n<p>For tiden er min inspirasjon sv\u00e6rt laber p\u00e5 matfronten. Det har v\u00e6rt en del temmelig tunge m\u00e5neder for meg n\u00e5 pga min fibro, og det blir som det blir.<br \/>Men noe som aldri sl\u00e5r feil er: Grillet kylling og tsatsiki!<\/p>\n<p>Det er s\u00e5 lett \u00e5 lage! Kj\u00f8per man ferdiggrilla kylling kan man jo faktisk spise den ogs\u00e5, s\u00e6rlig om man drar bort skinnet med marinaden, men jeg er faktisk s\u00e5 frekk at jeg spiser det jeg.<br \/>Tsatsiki finnes jo \u00e5 f\u00e5 kj\u00f8pt i s\u00e6rdeles mange varianter hvorav en del av dem er lav p\u00e5 karbohydrater. Men ellers er ikke det noe s\u00e6rlig vanskelig \u00e5 lage uansett.<br \/>Jeg bruker denne oppskriften:<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 agurk<br \/>litt salt og pepper, dill og persille<br \/>2 dl gresk eller tyrkisk yoghurt<br \/>2-3 hvitl\u00f8ksb\u00e5ter (der bruker jeg av og til de som finnes med urtemarinade)<br \/>litt kaldpresset olivenolje<br \/>For ekstra god smak og luksusvarianten: \u00a0gressl\u00f8k og sorte oliven.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f8r sammen salt, pepper og yoghurten.<br \/>Vask agurken godt og riv den grovt med rivhjern.<br \/>Om du bruker hvitl\u00f8ksb\u00e5ter skreller du dem og bruker en hvitl\u00f8kspresse for \u00e5 presse dem. Bruker du marinert pleier de ofte v\u00e6re veldig myke, men bruk hvitl\u00f8kspressa likevel.<br \/>R\u00f8r sammen hvitl\u00f8ken med olje, og bland dette med yoghurten.
