Det er en egen kunst \u00e5 lage eggeblandingen s\u00e5 tynn at man kan skrape den i florlette b\u00f8lger, og finne den perfekte temperaturen som er akkurat varm nok til at eggemassen stivner fort men ikke s\u00e5 varm at omeletten brennes. Jeg synes det er s\u00e6rlig vanskelig \u00e5 finne balansen s\u00e5 innsiden av omeletten ikke er slimete eggemasse dessuten!<\/p>\n<p>\u00c5 lage omeletten i ovnen er dermed et godt alternativ for en som ikke orker \u00e5 st\u00e5 og passe p\u00e5 ei steikepanne hele tiden.<\/p>\n<p>Du beh\u00f8ver til fyll:<br \/>\np\u00f8lse eller strimlet skinke<br \/>\nPaprika<br \/>\nl\u00f8k i form av salatl\u00f8k, gressl\u00f8k, purrel\u00f8k eller lignende<br \/>\nRevet ost<br \/>\n6 egg<br \/>\n1dl vann<br \/>\nlitt salt og pepper (og annen krydder man f\u00f8ler for)<\/p>\n<p>Fres opp paprika, skinke\/p\u00f8lse og l\u00f8k i ei steikepanne. Visp sammen egg, vann og krydder, og hell dette over mens alt er i steikepanna, stek dette i noen f\u00e5 minutter mens du stikker og &#8220;viggler&#8221; stekespaden nedi massa s\u00e5 det rennende kan komme nedi bunnen, men r\u00f8r ikke kraftig rundt. Topp det hele med revet ost, og sett steikepanna inn i ovn varmet til 225 grader.
