Mye kan fryses ned, men vi har en halv fryser med to og en halv fryseskuff og m\u00e5 prioritere ordentlig mat der og dermed bortfaller mulighetene til \u00e5 bake og fryse ned.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c5 lage en liten kake innimellom er veldig nam. Men \u00e5 lage en stor i 22cm form eller st\u00f8rre er bortkastet for \u00e5 spise bare en gang. Selvklart finnes det mange gode oppskrifter p\u00e5 \u00e5 lage kake i en kopp i microb\u00f8lgeovnen, men hva om man vil ha en kremkake med fyll i midten? Det er ikke s\u00e5 enkelt \u00e5 lage i microen i en kopp.<\/p>\n<p>Da jeg fant 16cm store springformer p\u00e5 dollarstore hoppet jeg p\u00e5 og kj\u00f8pte to stykker. N\u00e5 er vel kvaliteten s\u00e5 som s\u00e5, metallet er tynt og teflonen sikkert ikke helt fantastisk, men det er en start! Og n\u00e5 har jeg funnet en god grunnoppskrift for dem dessuten!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-1138\" src=\"http:\/\/shailina.se\/matlyst\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2018\/06\/img_20180606_204140__019056721053680164232-274x320.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"274\" height=\"320\" srcset=\"http:\/\/shailina.se\/matlyst\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2018\/06\/img_20180606_204140__019056721053680164232-274x320.jpg 274w, http:\/\/shailina.se\/matlyst\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2018\/06\/img_20180606_204140__019056721053680164232-768x896.jpg 768w, http:\/\/shailina.se\/matlyst\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2018\/06\/img_20180606_204140__019056721053680164232-557x650.jpg 557w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 274px) 100vw, 274px\" \/>Denne oppskriften er for fire former, s\u00e5 jeg bakte i dag halve oppskrifta og fordelte p\u00e5 to former:<\/p>\n<p>4 egg<br \/>\n2 dl sukker<br \/>\n1 dl h vetemel<br \/>\n1 dl potetmel<br \/>\n1 ts bakepulver<br \/>\n1,5 ts vaniljesukker<\/p>\n<p>Egg og sukker vispes skikkelig luftig mens du blander de t\u00f8rre ingrediensene i ei sk\u00e5l for seg. Vend s\u00e5 melblandingen forsiktig ned i eggedosisen og fordel p\u00e5 4 former. Eller gj\u00f8r som jeg gjorde, lag halve oppskrifta og fordel p\u00e5 to former.<\/p>\n<p>Stekes p\u00e5 175 grader midt i ovnen i ca 15 minutter, og ta ut av springforma s\u00e5 de kan avkj\u00f8les p\u00e5 rist.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg oppdaget at de hevet seg veldig og stakk mye opp av forma, alts\u00e5 kunne jeg for en servering laget en fjerdedel av oppskrifta og delt kaka p\u00e5 midten, men n\u00e5 hadde jeg to kakebunner. Det jeg gjorde derimot var \u00e5 kappe vekk bula p\u00e5 toppen s\u00e5 de ble helt flate. Deretter laget jeg vaniljekrem av melk og fl\u00f8te samt marsan vaniljepulver. Jeg oppdaga at jeg m\u00e5tte velge mellom to onder: For tykk krem til \u00e5 enkelt sm\u00f8re den i midten, eller for myk krem til \u00e5 forme fine kremtopper utenp\u00e5. Jeg valgte \u00e5 lage den litt for myk, ellers hadde den dratt med seg all kake om jeg fors\u00f8kte \u00e5 bre den utover, og jeg fikk n\u00f8ye meg med noen sm\u00e5triste topper som sank sammen p\u00e5 toppen i stedet \ud83d\ude09 Jeg valgte \u00e5 fylle mine med bl\u00e5b\u00e6r og vaniljekrem og dekorere med jordb\u00e6r opp\u00e5.\u00a0 Jeg er ikke verdens flinkeste p\u00e5 selve dekoren av kakene, jeg klarer meg ganske greit for hverdagsbruk men kan neppe konkurrere med de p\u00e5 finesse for eksempel. Men hvem bryr seg? \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p>Denne kakebunnen er nok en god baseoppskrift, tilsett en spiseskje kakao for sjokoladekake og s\u00e5 videre.
