De fleste kjenner til at man napper sm\u00e5 ferske granskudd for \u00e5 tygge p\u00e5 fordi de smaker ekstra godt, men visste du at du b\u00e5de kan lage gele og sirup p\u00e5 dem ogs\u00e5? La det sm\u00e5koke til det f\u00e5r en dyp r\u00f8dbrungylden farge som den du ser p\u00e5 mitt bilde. Den skal f\u00e5 en tynn sirupskonsistens. Den tykner n\u00e5r den kj\u00f8lner ogs\u00e5, husk det.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5r fargen og konsistensen er omtrent korrekt kan du helle over p\u00e5 oppvarmede renvaskede glass. La det avkj\u00f8les i romtemperatur f\u00f8r du skrur p\u00e5 lokket.<\/p>\n<p>Granskuddsirup er godt for hals og hoste, men smaker ogs\u00e5 godt p\u00e5 pannekaker, p\u00e5 iskrem, til viltretter, i te eller p\u00e5 br\u00f8dskiva.
