Disse har blitt min manns store favoritt!<\/p>\n<p>Disse bruker jeg faktisk n\u00e5 som hamburgerbr\u00f8d, pizza, pannekake og you name it, jeg varierer kryddingen etter hva jeg vil bruke det til. Dersom du vil lage pizza av disse kan du forsteke dem t\u00f8rre, bre vanlig pizzafyll p\u00e5 dem og s\u00e5 fortsette stekingen, du kan ogs\u00e5 steke dem i stekepanna som vanlige pannekaker, husk da \u00e5 steke i sm\u00e5 pletter og p\u00e5 svak varme. Det tar med andre ord litt tid. De metter godt, smaker kjempegodt. Jeg var fryktelig mistenksom f\u00f8rste gang jeg laget dem, fordi r\u00f8ra ser kanskje ikke s\u00e5 apetittelig ut, men resultatet er meget meget smakfult. Selv min kresne s\u00f8ster som reagerte med &#8220;O.O&#8221; n\u00e5r hun s\u00e5 r\u00f8ra fant dem meget spiselige \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>150 gr cottage cheese (1\/2 boks)<br \/>\n75 til 90 gr revet ost (ca. 1,5- 2,0 dl)<br \/>\n3 stk egg<br \/>\nSalt, pepper, pizzakrydder, oregano, basilikum mm.<\/p>\n<p>Stivpisk eggehvitene med litt salt for \u00e5 f\u00e5 de skikkelig stive.<br \/>\nMos Cottage Cheese, krydder og eggeplommene sammen med en stavmikser, eller klem det ut med en skje.<br \/>\nVend s\u00e5 den krydrete eggeplomme\/cottage cheese blandingen og den revne osten forsiktig inn i de piskede eggehvitene med en slikkepott til en jevn deigr\u00f8re, pass p\u00e5 \u00e5 ikke sl\u00e5 ut luften..<\/p>\n<p>Fordel r\u00f8ren i ca 8-10 runde pletter p\u00e5 stekeplate med papir. Krydre gjerne med mer krydder opp\u00e5, eller kanskej noe revet ost. Du kan ogs\u00e5 steke baconterninger og str\u00f8 opp\u00e5, eller klippe opp kj\u00f8ttp\u00e5legg over for \u00e5 f\u00e5 noe pizzalignende pletter.
