Men skal vi v\u00e6re low-carb strikte har vi ikke mye \u00e5 velge i n\u00e5r det kommer til hverdagsbutikkene her i Ljusdal. Og Fajitas er noe av det beste jeg vet!<\/p>\n<p>Heldigvis fant jeg ogs\u00e5 her en brukandes oppskrift for hjemmelaget:<\/p>\n<p>1 kopp soya\/myse protein (gjerne med vaniljesmak)<br \/>\n1\/2 ts bakepulver<br \/>\n1 ts kremfl\u00f8te<br \/>\n1 ts olivenolje eller sm\u00f8r<br \/>\n2 egg<br \/>\nca 1 kopp vann eller fl\u00f8te.<br \/>\nen toppa teskje Fiberhusk<\/p>\n<p>Visp eggene luftige. Tilsett resten av ingrediensene og visp det godt. Deigen skal v\u00e6re lett \u00e5 bre, ikke flytende, men du skal kunne stryke den ut, ikke trykke.<\/p>\n<p>Bre ut deigen ut p\u00e5 bakepapir i st\u00f8rrelse normal middagstalerken, passe tynt. Det hever seg litt men ikke s\u00e5 mye. Stekes ved 170 grader lavt i ovnen i ca 10 minutter. Steker du de for lenge blir de for t\u00f8rre.<\/p>\n<p>Oppbevar dem mellom fuktede h\u00e5ndkl\u00e6r, for de t\u00f8rker p\u00e5 et \u00f8yeblikk om de f\u00e5r.
